This Tulip does not follow the usually fluid lines of Art Nouveau floral motifs but is rather geometrical and precise. It adorns the facade of a splendid Art Nouveau building in Riga, Strelnieku Str. 4a. The décor is intensely expressive on a background of between beige stone and blue tiles. Architect M. Eisenstein, 1905.
